Dog License Application
If you own a dog, there is a fee of $8.00 for each male (unneutered) or female (unspayed). For dogs that are spayed or neutered it’s $3.00 each. Proof of a rabies shot is needed if they have expired since the last license. If the dog has not been licensed before you will need to complete the form provided and make your payment to the town treasurer. Click on the link below to print out the form you will need.
