Dog Licenses fees are $8.00 each male (unneutered) or female (unspayed) and/or $3.00 each for spayed or neutered.
Proof of rabies shots is required if it's expired since last licensed.
If the dog has not been licensed before the completed form with the dog's name needs to be provided to the Treasurer.
